MAHILA MANDAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Secretary of OMM BAIDIKA SANSKRUTIKA PARISHAD was present as the resource person and gave his views regarding the management of the youth club & Mahila mandals.WOMEN ORGANISATIONS in the process of rural poverty alleviation one should empower the vulnerable section i.e. women. In fact the burden of inequitable development would seem to be disproportion ally shouldered by women in household and also at community level. It is been recognized and serious efforts are being made to increase the status quo of women socio-economic & politically, which ultimately leads their positive development.
